Alistair has been focusing on the development of the business incorporating property asset management funds and the creation of GOAL where he is on the board of directors. GOAL has a subsidiary (Goal Construction GmbH) which monitors and undertakes refurbishment work; Alistair also sits on the board of this subsidiary to monitor the refurbishment progress of the funds to which GOAL provides management services.
