Speymill plc ("Speymill" or the "Company")

Total Voting Rights

In accordance with paragraph 5.6.1(R) of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company announces that as at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists of 58,389,555 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1p each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Speymill is 58,389,555. 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Speymill under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
